Beautiful Ways To Feel Confident On The Inside And Oustide

We all want to look as good as the celebrities we see on TV.  But the actual work that goes into maintaining their looks can be exhausting.  There are some easy tips that we women can use to glam up our look a bit to make us feel more beautiful.  The way we feel about ourselves trickles down into every aspect of our lives.  If we feel beautiful, we’re more likely to take care of ourselves and have more energy to take care of our family and friends.  It affects our stress levels as well.  If we are content about our appearance, we are less likely to obsess about what we don’t like about ourselves, thus giving more energy to put into the more important things in our lives. Try some of these beauty tips to help you radiate confidence.

Clear Your Eyes

Feeling tired in the morning when you’re heading off to work?  Dab in a few drops of Visine or eye cleaning solution to brighten up your eyes, making you look less tired and more beautiful.  These drops are inexpensive, handy and you can take them anywhere.

Use a Clean Mascara Wand

Hate the clumpy eyelash look that makes you look like some sort of vermin?  Well it’s easily preventable by using a mascara wand that you have either wiped clean or have not used yet.  Wipe your old used mascara wand clean and use it to separate lashes after applying your mascara. You will come out looking more naturally beautiful, and feeling it too.

Prevent the Cakey Face Look

If you’re not using a loose powder chances are your face looks painted on.  No woman wants to feel and look like a clown.  If you’re worried about your  flawed skin and want to use a pressed powder, first use blotting papers and then apply a thin layer of pressed powder.  I’ve also heard that those toilet seat covers you see in public bathrooms work as great blotters.

Remember that you are as beautiful as you feel, not just your external appearance.  Having contentment and confidence in your self-opinion can be crucial for your overall health and wellness.

Even More Natural Beauty Tips

Vitamin C has long been praised for its benefits in helping keep the immunity system healthy, but it has other amazing benefits, some involving making us look more attractive on the outside. And we all know that when we feel better about how we look our confidence can go up, giving us a healthier mentality and better wellness all around.

Love the idea of making a natural hair cleanser? Try mixing a partially boiled sweet potato, three strawberries, a half cup of gooseberries, and half of a small red bell pepper until it has a creamy consistency. After blending ingredients together, apply it to your scalp and the rest of your hair. Leave it in for 15-25 minutes, then wash it off with warm water.

Hate hangnails? So do I! Those suckers are tiny but painful. Luckily vitamin C can prevent them from happening. Try getting in citrus fruits as often as possible. I recently discovered blood oranges and they are so delicious and sweet that I eat them in place of my sugary dessert that I would normally indulge in.

Vitamin C also helps grow your nails, so if you hate your short frail nails, consider getting more vitamin C into your diet. According to Rianna Loving, founder of organic skincare brand ORGO Beauty, “Vitamin C helps maintain the integrity of our nails by strengthening our skin, connective tissue, bones, and blood vessel walls.”

Vitamin C makes wrinkles and dryness look less visible. Amazing! Everyone wants a smooth complexion, free from dryness and lines. A study published in 2007 from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that middle-aged women who added more vitamin C to their diets exhibited less wrinkles and less skin dryness.
